CONSIDERATION OF BILLS Regular Calendar House File 420, a bill for an act creating an environmental audit privilege and providing penalties, was taken up for consideration. Rants of Woodbury moved that the bill be read a last time now and placed upon its passage which motion prevailed and the bill was read a last time.
