The bill having received a constitutional majority was declared
to have passed the House and the title was agreed to.
IMMEDIATE MESSAGE
Siegrist of Pottawattamie asked and received unanimous consent
that House File 215 be immediately messaged to the Senate.
On motion by Siegrist of Pottawattamie, the House was recessed
at 12:10 p.m., until 1:45 p.m.
