House File 253, by committee on appropriations, a bill for an act relating to the transfer of lottery revenues to the general fund of the state and appropriating lottery revenues for purposes of the state fair and county fairs, and providing an effective date. Read first time and placed on the appropriations calendar. SPECIAL ORDER ANNOUNCED The Speaker announced that House Joint Resolution 14, will be a Special Order of Business on Friday, March 10, 1995. MESSAGES FROM THE SENATE The following messages were received from the Senate: Mr. Speaker: I am directed to inform your honorable body that the Senate has on March 2, 1995, passed the following bill in which the concurrence of the House is asked: Senate File 94, a bill for an act relating to reciprocal license fees for nonresident real estate brokers and salespersons. .Also: That the Senate has on March 2, 1995, passed the following bill in which the concurrence of the House is asked: Senate File 189, a bill for an act relating to the transfer of real estate by exempting certain transfers of real estate from the real estate transfer tax and providing that a lien for a purchase money mortgage has priority over other interests in the property. Also: That the Senate has on March 2, 1995, passed the following bill in which the concurrence of the House is asked: Senate File 195, a bill for an act relating to the judicial department, including jurisdiction of district associate judges in domestic abuse cases. Also: That the Senate has on March 2, 1995, passed the following bill in which the concurrence of the House is asked: Senate File 205, a bill for an act relating to shared superintendents for purposes of the supplementary weighting plan for public school districts and providing effective and retroactive applicability dates.
