thirty-nine citizens favoring the issuance of drivers licenses,
in rural Iowa, by the county treasurer's office.
By Warnstadt of Woodbury from thirty-three members of St.
Michael's Parish, Sioux City, opposing House File 2, relating to
the death penalty.
INTRODUCTION OF BILLS
House File 247, by committee on commerce-regulation, a bill for
an act relating to the regulation of insurance, including the
authority of the insurance division to regulate certain policies
and contracts and parties to such policies and contracts,
establishing fees, and providing civil penalties.

House File 248, by Van Fossen, a bill for an act to provide for
life imprisonment for persons convicted of certain offenses.

an act relating to limitations on the acquisitions of banks,
