INTRODUCTION OF BILLS
House File 232, by Houser, a bill for an act relating to the
issuance of hunting licenses and subjecting violators to an
existing penalty.
Read first time and referred to committee on natural resources.
House File 233, by Vande Hoef, Gries, Mundie, and Cormack, a
bill for an act creating a wind energy loan fund for schools and
community colleges and making an appropriation.
Read first time and referred to committee on appropriations.
House File 234, by Doderer, a bill for an act relating to the
possession of offensive weapons, making penalties applicable,
and providing an effective date.
Read first time and referred to committee on judiciary.
House File 235, by Fallon, a bill for an act relating to the
assessing of a service charge in lieu of property taxes for the
providing of police and fire protection by a city for real
property which is totally or partially exempt from property tax,
including government-owned real property, and property of
certain nonprofit institutions and societies, and providing an
applicability date.
