ADOPTION OF HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION 10
Martin of Scott called up for consideration House Concurrent
Resolution 10, a concurrent resolution calling for the convening
of a,  Conference of the States and providing for Iowa's 
participation in the Conference.
RULE 31.8 SUSPENDED
Larkin of Lee asked and received unanimous consent to suspend
Rule 31.8 relating to the timely filing of amendments for the
considertin of amendment H-3003.
Larkin of Lee offered the following amendment H-3003, filed by
him from the floor and moved its adoption:
H-3003
 1     Amend House Concurrent Resolution 10 as follows:
 2     1.  Page 3, by striking line 20 and inserting the
 3   following:
 4     "No more than one of the two legislators from each
 5   house may be".
Amendment H-3003 was adopted.
On motion by Martin of Scott, the resolution was adopted.
