1 3 NEW PARAGRAPH. e. Lifetime license for legal residents
1 4 permanently disabled or sixty-five years of age or older

1 6 Sec. 2. Section 483A.1, subsection 3, Code 1995, is
1 7 amended to read as follows:
1 8 3. Hunting and fishing combined licenses:
1 9 a. Legal residents except as otherwise provided .. $ 23.50
1 10 b. Lifetime license for residents permanently disabled or
1 11 sixty-five years of age or older ..................... $ 23.50
1 12 EXPLANATION
1 13 This bill establishes a lifetime fishing license and a
1 14 combined lifetime hunting and fishing license for permanently
1 15 disabled residents and for residents who are 65 years of age
1 16 or older. The fees for the lifetime licenses are $10.50 for
1 17 fishing and $23.50 for the combined hunting and fishing.
