  1  1    Amend the amendment, S-5829, to the House
  1  2 amendment, S-5821, to Senate File 2195, as amended,
  1  3 passed, and reprinted by the Senate, as follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 1, by inserting after line 44 the
  1  5 following:
  1  6    "   .  It is also the intent of the general
  1  7 assembly that the commission lease DS-1 or T-1
  1  8 circuits for Part III connections currently using
  1  9 analog technology."
  1 10    #2.  Page 4, by striking lines 1 through 8.
  1 11    #3.  Page 5, by striking line 17.
  1 12    #4.  By renumbering, relettering, and correcting
  1 13 internal references as necessary.
