  1  1    Amend House File 2481, as passed by the House, as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 3, line 28, by inserting after the figure
  1  4 "15.329." the following:  "However, in no event shall
  1  5 the minimum number of jobs created be less than
  1  6 fifteen or the minimum capital investment be less than
  1  7 three million dollars per application under the
  1  8 program.  The department shall develop an appropriate
  1  9 formula of minimum jobs created and capital investment
  1 10 required per program application which can be
  1 11 authorized under the waiver."
  1 12    #2.  Page 4, by striking lines 4 through 35 and
  1 13 inserting the following:
  1 14    "The department shall not grant a waiver under this
  1 15 section after June 30, 1998."
