  1  1    Amend the amendment, S-5783, to the House
  1  2 amendment, S-5677, to Senate File 2409, as amended,
  1  3 passed, and reprinted by the Senate, as follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 1, line 22, by striking the words
  1  5 "appointed upon the recommendations of" and inserting
  1  6 the following:  "from".
  1  7    #2.  Page 1, line 26, by inserting after the word
  1  8 "programs." the following:  "The governor shall
  1  9 consider recommendations from statewide labor
  1 10 organizations for the members representing
  1 11 nonsupervisory employees."
