  1  3    #1.  Page 14, line 14, by inserting after the word
  1  4 "The" the following:  "members of the legislative
  1  5 council, the".
  1  6    #2.  Page 14, by striking lines 24 and 25 and
  1  7 inserting the following:  "deemed useful.  Members of
  1  8 the general assembly who are required to be notified
  1  9 shall be allowed at least thirty days to review and
  1 10 comment on the proposed action".
