  1  1    Amend the amendment, S-5700, to House File 2421, as
  1  2 amended, passed, and reprinted by the House, as
  1  3 follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 5, by inserting after line 19 the
  1  5 following:
  1  6    "It is the intent of the general assembly that the
  1  7 appropriations made in this paragraph shall be for the
  1  8 purpose of preparing the first and second floors of
  1  9 the Lucas state office building primarily for the use
  1 10 of the general assembly and other legislative
  1 11 agencies."
