  1  1    Amend the amendment, S-5700, to House File 2421, as
  1  2 amended, passed, and reprinted by the House, as
  1  3 follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 6, by striking lines 8 through 14.
  1  5    #2.  Page 6, line 22, by inserting after the word
  1  6 "expansion." the following:  "However, additional
  1  7 funding shall be contingent upon receiving
  1  8 notification from the United States department of
  1  9 veterans affairs that federal funds have been
  1 10 appropriated to the commission for that expansion."
  1 11    #3.  By renumbering as necessary.
