  1  1    Amend House File 2383, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the House, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 2, by inserting after line 20 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "3.  Upon application the department shall issue a
  1  6 lifetime deer hunting license and a lifetime wild
  1  7 turkey hunting license to a resident of this state who
  1  8 is sixty-five years of age or older."
  1  9    #2.  By numbering subsections as required.
