  1  1    Amend Senate File 2461 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 4, by inserting after line 16 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "Sec. 3.  REPEAL – FAMILY OPPORTUNITY DISTRICT
  1  5 BOARD.  Section 1, subsections 2 and 4, of this Act,
  1  6 relating to the family opportunity district board, are
  1  7 repealed June 30, 1998."
  1  8    #2.  Title page, by striking line 3 and inserting
  1  9 the following:  "at the local level, making an
  1 10 appropriation, and providing a repeal."
