  1  1    Amend Senate File 2445 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 1, by striking lines 24 through 28 and
  1  3 inserting the following:
  1  4    "Notwithstanding section 8.33, moneys appropriated
  1  5 in this section which remain unexpended or unobligated
  1  6 at the close of the fiscal year shall not revert to
  1  7 the rebuild Iowa infrastructure fund but shall remain
  1  8 available for expenditure until June 30, 1998."
  1  9    #2.  Page 2, by striking lines 8 through 11 and
  1 10 inserting the following:
  1 11    "2.  Notwithstanding section 8.33, moneys
  1 12 appropriated in this section which remain unexpended
  1 13 or unobligated at the close of the fiscal year shall
  1 14 not revert to the rebuild Iowa infrastructure fund but
  1 15 shall remain available for expenditure until June 30,
