  1  1    Amend Senate File 2195 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 1, by striking line 3 and inserting the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "a.  There is appropriated from the general fund of
  1  5 the state to the Iowa communications network fund
  1  6 under the control of the Iowa telecommunications and
  1  7 technology commission for the fiscal year beginning
  1  8 July 1, 1996, and ending June 30, 1997, the following
  1  9 amount, or so much thereof as is necessary, to be used
  1 10 with the moneys appropriated in paragraph "b" for the
  1 11 purpose designated:  
  1 12 .................................................. $ 12,300,000
  1 13    b.  There is appropriated from the rebuild Iowa".
  1 14    #2.  Page 1, line 13, by striking the figure
  1 15 "20,800,000" and inserting the following:
  1 16 "8,500,000".
  1 17    #3.  By renumbering as necessary.
