  1  1    Amend Senate File 2446 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 16, by inserting after line 33 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "Sec.    .  Section 166D.10, Code 1995, is amended
  1  5 by adding the following new subsection:
  1  6    NEW SUBSECTION.  4.  In addition to other
  1  7 applicable requirements of this section, swine shall
  1  8 not be moved into this state from another state except
  1  9 to slaughter or to an approved premises by certificate
  1 10 of inspection, unless the swine are vaccinated by a
  1 11 differentiable vaccine.  However, imported feeder pigs
  1 12 are not required to be vaccinated, if they are
  1 13 maintained separate and apart from other swine until
  1 14 they are vaccinated."
