  1  1    Amend the amendment, S-5127, to Senate File 2266 as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, lines 21 and 22, by striking the words
  1  4 "submit a damage disclosure statement" and inserting
  1  5 the following:  "indicate whether the vehicle had
  1  6 incurred prior damage of three thousand dollars or
  1  7 more per incident".
  1  8    #2.  Page 1, line 23, by striking the word "prior"
  1  9 and inserting the following:  "transferor's".
