  1  1    Amend Senate File 2245 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 67, by inserting after line 5 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "Sec.    .  Section 411.36, subsection 1, paragraph
  1  5 c, Code Supplement 1995, is amended to read as
  1  6 follows:
  1  7    c.  The city treasurers officials of four
  1  8 participating cities, one of whom is from a city
  1  9 having a population of less than forty thousand, and
  1 10 three of whom are from cities having a population of
  1 11 forty thousand or more.  The city treasurers officials
  1 12 shall be appointed by the governing body of the Iowa
  1 13 league of cities."
  1 14    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
