1 2 #1. Page 1, line 3, by striking the words "which
1 3 is" and inserting the following: ", owned by a
1 4 governmental agency, and".
1 5 #2. Page 1, by inserting after line 9, the
1 6 following:
1 7 "Sec. . The state department of transportation
1 8 shall study the issue of visibility of snow removal
1 9 equipment and the use of such equipment and the effect
1 10 on highway and traffic safety during snow removal.
1 11 The study shall include an analysis of municipal and
1 12 county snow removal practices. The department shall
1 13 provide the general assembly with an analysis of the
1 14 issues presented and any recommendations for safety
1 15 improvements by January 15, 1997."
1 16 #3. Title page, line 2, by inserting after the
1 17 word "removal" the following: ", requiring a safety
1 18 study by the department of transportation,".
1 19 #4. By renumbering as necessary.
