  1  1    Amend Senate File 2098 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 1, by inserting after line 26 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "  .  This section is repealed September 1, 1998,
  1  5 and effective upon repeal, moneys remaining in the
  1  6 stabilization account which are unexpended or
  1  7 unobligated shall be transferred to the general fund
  1  8 of the state."
  1  9    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
