ELECTIVE EXECUTIVE OFFICIALS. 1 6 1. The annual salary rates specified in this 1 7 section are effective for the fiscal years beginning 1 8 July 1, 1995, July 1, 1996, and July 1, 1997, and for 1 9 subsequent fiscal years until otherwise provided by 1 10 the general assembly. The salaries provided for in 1 11 this section shall be paid from funds appropriated to 1 12 the department or agency specified in this section 1 13 pursuant to any Act of the general assembly or if the 1 14 appropriation is not sufficient, from the salary 1 15 adjustment fund. 1 16 2.
