  1  1    Amend the amendment, S-3575, to House File 126, as
  1  2 amended, passed, and reprinted by the House, as
  1  3 follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 9, by striking lines 30 through 32 and
  1  5 inserting the following:  "renew is not arbitrary or
  1  6 capricious when compared to the actions of the
  1  7 franchisor in other similar circumstances.  For
  1  8 purposes of this section, "good"".
