  1  1    Amend the House amendment, S-3501, to Senate File
  1  2 208, as amended, passed, and reprinted by the Senate,
  1  3 as follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 1, by inserting after line 11 the
  1  5 following:
  1  6    "#   .  Page 3, by striking lines 20 through 22 and
  1  7 inserting the following:
  1  8    "e.  Develop protocols for and establish a
  1  9 committee to review child abuse investigations which
  1 10 involve the death of a child.
  1 11    4.  The following individuals shall designate a
  1 12 liaison to assist the review team in fulfilling its
  1 13 responsibilities:
  1 14    a.  Director of public health.
  1 15    b.  Director of human services.
  1 16    c.  Commissioner of public safety.
  1 17    d.  Administrator of the division of vital records
  1 18 of the Iowa department of public health.
  1 19    e.  Attorney general.
  1 20    f.  Director of transportation.
  1 21    g.  Director of the department of education.""
  1 22    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
