  1  1    Amend Senate File 484 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 11, by inserting after line 15 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "If Senate File 358 is enacted by the Seventy-sixth
  1  5 General Assembly, 1995 Regular Session, there is
  1  6 appropriated from the general fund of the state to the
  1  7 appeals and fair hearings division for the fiscal year
  1  8 beginning July 1, 1995, and ending June 30, 1996, an
  1  9 additional sum of $45,000, or so much thereof as is
  1 10 necessary, and 1.50 FTEs to carry out the
  1 11 responsibilities of the division as specified in
  1 12 Senate File 358."
