  1  1    Amend Senate File 450 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 1, line 16, by inserting after the word
  1  3 "program." the following:  "The appropriation of
  1  4 surcharge moneys to the displaced homemaker program
  1  5 under this paragraph is in addition to any other
  1  6 appropriation made to the program from the general
  1  7 fund of the state and shall not be interpreted to
  1  8 replace or supplant any other appropriation to the
  1  9 program."
