  1  1    Amend Senate File 462 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 41, by inserting after line 4 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "100.  For the period beginning on the effective
  1  5 date of this subsection and ending June 30, 1996, the
  1  6 department shall not reduce the percentile amount used
  1  7 to calculate reimbursement rates for intermediate care
  1  8 facilities for the mentally retarded."
  1  9    #2.  Page 45, line 9, by inserting after the word
  1 10 "authorization," the following:  "section 25,
  1 11 subsection 100, relating to reimbursement rates for
  1 12 intermediate care facilities for the mentally
  1 13 retarded,".
  1 14    #3.  By renumbering and revising internal
  1 15 references as necessary.
