  1  1    Amend Senate File 360 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 1, line 5, by striking the words "ten
  1  3 dollars" and inserting the following:  "dollars a fee
  1  4 determined by the auditor".
  1  5    #2.  Page 1, line 7, by inserting after the word
  1  6 "court." the following:  "The auditor shall determine
  1  7 the transfer fee at an amount which does not exceed
  1  8 the cost of processing the transfer."
