  1  1    Amend Senate File 447 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 1, line 16, by striking the words "one
  1  3 thousand" and inserting the following:  "five
  1  4 hundred".
  1  5    #2.  Page 1, line 20, by inserting after the word
  1  6 "order." the following:  "A civil penalty shall not be
  1  7 assessed under this paragraph if a person is required
  1  8 to obtain a permit under chapter 455B for stormwater
  1  9 discharge."
  1 10    #3.  Page 1, by striking lines 23 and 24 and
  1 11 inserting the following:  "deposited in the general
  1 12 fund of the state."
  1 13    #4.  By striking page 1, line 25, through page 2,
  1 14 line 8.
  1 15    #5.  Title page, lines 2 and 3, by striking the
  1 16 words "and for the appropriation and use of the civil
  1 17 penalties".
