  1  1    Amend Senate File 456 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 1, by striking lines 14 through 17 and
  1  3 inserting the following:  "of residence of the person,
  1  4 except that any payment made by the county for the fee
  1  5 and expenses for a murder victim shall be reimbursed
  1  6 by the person convicted of murdering the victim.  The
  1  7 fee and expenses of the county medical examiner".
