  1  1    Amend the amendment, S-3245, to Senate File 459 as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, line 9, by inserting after the word
  1  4 "corrections" the following:  "shall issue a request
  1  5 for proposals for the construction of, or the
  1  6 remodeling or renovation of a building for use as a
  1  7 residential facility and office in Fort Dodge by the
  1  8 second judicial district department of corrections.
  1  9 If the proposal is accepted by the department, but in
  1 10 no event earlier than January 30, 1996, the department
  1 11 of corrections".
  1 12    #2.  Page 1, line 11, by inserting after the word
  1 13 "Dodge" the following:  "or remodel or renovate an
  1 14 existing building for use as a residential facility
  1 15 and office in Fort Dodge,".
