  1  2    #1.  Page 1, line 3, by inserting after the word
  1  3 "licensee" the following:  ", or a person renewing the
  1  4 person's license by mail".
  1  5    #2.  Page 1, line 4, by inserting after the word
  1  6 "license" the following:  ", or the validation
  1  7 document issued to a person renewing by mail,".
  1  8    #3.  Title page, by striking line 1 and inserting
  1  9 the following:  "An Act relating to symbols indicating
  1 10 medical directives on a validation document for
  1 11 license renewal by mail and on a".
