  1  1    Amend Senate File 10 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 1, by striking lines 1 through 10 and
  1  3 inserting the following:
  1  4    "Section 1.  NEW SECTION.  262.8A  EXECUTIVE
  1  5 DIRECTOR.
  1  6    The governor shall appoint an executive director,
  1  7 subject to confirmation by the senate, who shall serve
  1  8 at the pleasure of the governor.  The executive
  1  9 director is exempt from".
