  1  2    #1.  Page 1, by striking lines 3 and 4 and
  1  3 inserting the following:
  1  4    "A person shall not ride and an operator shall not
  1  5 allow any other person to ride on a motor".
  1  6    #2.  Title page, by striking lines 1 through 3 and
  1  7 inserting the following:  "An Act prohibiting persons
  1  8 from riding and prohibiting operators from allowing
  1  9 persons to ride on any portion of a motor vehicle".
