1 1 Section 1. Section 312.2, subsection 18, Code 1995, is
1 2 amended by striking the subsection.
1 3 Sec. 2. Section 312.2A, Code 1995, is repealed.
1 4 EXPLANATION
1 5 This bill strikes a $1 million per year appropriation from
1 6 use tax moneys which would otherwise be credited to the road
1 7 use tax fund to the state department of transportation for the
1 8 purpose of acquiring, constructing, and improving recreational
1 9 trails within the state and repeals obsolete appropriations
1 10 language.
