  1  1    Section 1.  Section 331.201, Code 1995, is amended by
  1  2 adding the following new subsection:
  1  3    NEW SUBSECTION.  5.  A supervisor must be a resident of the
  1  4 county or supervisor district of the county at least six
  1  5 months before the date of the general election.  
  1  6                           EXPLANATION
  1  7    This bill provides that a member of the county board of
  1  8 supervisors shall have been a resident of the county or
  1  9 supervisor district of the county at least six months before
  1 10 the date of the general election.
