1 3 #1. By striking page 10, line 27, through page 11,
1 4 line 13, and inserting the following:
1 5 "b. The board shall provide that a minimum of
1 6 thirty percent of the required purchase of alternate
1 7 energy under this subsection shall be from a
1 8 combination of the following:
1 9 (1) Dedicated energy crops grown within the state.
1 10 (2) Agricultural wastes produced from agricultural
1 11 crops grown within the state.
1 12 (3) Small-scale wind generation projects of six
1 13 hundred kilowatts or less located within the state.
1 14 (4) Small-scale hydro facilities."
