  1  1    Amend Senate File 2370, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the Senate, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  By striking page 10, line 27, through page 11,
  1  4 line 2, and inserting the following:
  1  5    "b.  The board shall provide that a minimum of
  1  6 thirty percent of the required purchase of alternate
  1  7 energy under this subsection shall be in accordance
  1  8 with".
  1  9    #2.  Page 11, by striking lines 21 through 23 and
  1 10 inserting the following:  "megawatts."
