  1  1    Amend Senate File 2365, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the Senate, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 10, by inserting after line 28 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "Sec.    .  Section 509A.12, Code Supplement 1995,
  1  6 is amended by adding the following new unnumbered
  1  7 paragraph:
  1  8    NEW UNNUMBERED PARAGRAPH.  Upon receipt of an
  1  9 employee's contribution for investment in any deferred
  1 10 payment contract, the governing body or board of
  1 11 supervisors shall make such investment in the deferred
  1 12 payment contract by the fifth business day following
  1 13 each regularly scheduled pay date."
