  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-5742, to House File 2486 as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, by striking lines 19 through 21 and
  1  4 inserting the following:  "paragraph "b", to implement
  1  5 this requirement.  The energy assistance bureau of the
  1  6 department of human rights, in consultation with the
  1  7 community action agencies, shall certify to the
  1  8 utilities, households that are eligible for moratorium
  1  9 protection utilizing the agency's existing electronic
  1 10 database.""
