PAG LIN
  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-5600, to Senate File 2409,
  1  2 as amended, passed, and reprinted by the Senate, as
  1  3 follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 1, line 27, by inserting before the words
  1  5 "The governor" the following:  "Of the nine voting
  1  6 members, four members shall represent business, four
  1  7 members shall represent labor, and one member shall
  1  8 represent a post-secondary educational institution
  1  9 which conducts workforce development programs.
  1 10 Persons representing labor shall be appointed from
  1 11 nominations submitted by statewide labor organizations
  1 12 in this state."
