  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-5600, to Senate File 2409,
  1  2 as amended, passed, and reprinted by the Senate, as
  1  3 follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 3, line 4, by inserting after the word
  1  5 "section." the following:  "Implementation of the
  1  6 position classification plan and resolution of related
  1  7 issues, including wage rate and seniority provisions,
  1  8 shall be agreed upon by the department of personnel
  1  9 and the certified employee organization
  1 10 representatives of bargaining unit employees."
