  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-5541, to Senate File 2448,
  1  2 as amended, passed, and reprinted by the Senate, as
  1  3 follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 2, by inserting after line 42 the
  1  5 following:
  1  6    "Sec. 100.  DEPARTMENT OF ELDER AFFAIRS CONTINGENT
  1  7 APPROPRIATION.  If actual revenues for the fiscal year
  1  8 beginning July 1, 1995, and ending June 30, 1996,
  1  9 exceed the revenue estimating conference projections
  1 10 of December 12, 1995, for that fiscal year by at least
  1 11 $250,000, there is appropriated from the general fund
  1 12 of the state to the department of elder affairs for
  1 13 the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1995, and ending
  1 14 June 30, 1996, the following amount or so much thereof
  1 15 as is necessary, to be used for the purpose
  1 16 designated:
  1 17    To supplant lost federal funds for congregate meal
  1 18 sites:  
  1 19 .................................................. $    250,000
  1 20    Notwithstanding section 8.33, moneys appropriated
  1 21 in this section shall not revert to the general fund
  1 22 of the state at the close of the fiscal year but shall
  1 23 remain available to be used for the purpose designated
  1 24 in the succeeding fiscal year."
  1 25    #2.  Page 22, line 29, by striking the word
  1 26 "Section" and inserting the following:  "Sections 100
  1 27 and".
  1 28    #3.  Page 22, line 30, by striking the word "takes"
  1 29 and inserting the following:  "take".
  1 30    #4.  By renumbering as necessary.
