  1  1    Amend House File 2423 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 1, by inserting after line 23 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "Any taxing jurisdiction which imposes a tax on the
  1  5 real property used in the operating of a racetrack or
  1  6 racetrack enclosure under this subsection shall
  1  7 provide one-half of the revenues for promotion of
  1  8 tourism within the county in which the taxing district
  1  9 is located.  Payment to a convention and visitors
  1 10 bureau, or similar organization, which serves at least
  1 11 the entire county satisfies the requirement imposed by
  1 12 this paragraph."
