PAG LIN
  1  1    Amend House File 2423 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 1, by inserting after line 23 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "A county, which owns a racetrack or racetrack
  1  5 enclosure which has a tax imposed upon it under this
  1  6 subsection, which reduces its tax levy as a result of
  1  7 income received from the racetrack or racetrack
  1  8 enclosure, shall not apply the levy reduction
  1  9 attributable to this revenue to property located
  1 10 within a taxing jurisdiction which imposes a tax under
  1 11 this subsection."
