  1  1    Amend House File 2423 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 1, by inserting after line 23 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "Any taxing jurisdiction which imposes a tax on the
  1  5 real property used in the operation of a racetrack or
  1  6 racetrack enclosure under this subsection shall pay a
  1  7 fee in lieu of taxes, to all other taxing districts,
  1  8 based on the assessed value of all property owned by
  1  9 the taxing district."
