  1  1    Amend House File 2235 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 12, by inserting after line 7 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "Sec.    .  NEW SECTION.  523H.12A  INSURANCE
  1  5 AGENTS.
  1  6    The termination and nonrenewal protections of
  1  7 sections 523H.7 and 523H.8 also apply to insurance
  1  8 agents located in this state.  The remedies provided
  1  9 in section 523H.13 are applicable to violations of
  1 10 this section."
  1 11    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
