  1  1    Amend House File 2401 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 1, by inserting before line 1 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "Section 1.  Section 483A.1, subsection 1, Code
  1  5 Supplement 1995, is amended by adding the following
  1  6 new lettered paragraph:  
  1  7    NEW LETTERED PARAGRAPH.  e.  Lifetime license for legal
  1  8 residents permanently disabled or sixty-five years of age or
  1  9 older .......................................... $ 25.00 
  1 10    Sec. 2.  Section 483A.1, subsection 2, Code
  1 11 Supplement 1995, is amended by adding the following
  1 12 new lettered paragraph:  
  1 13    NEW LETTERED PARAGRAPH.  g.  Lifetime hunting license for
  1 14 legal residents permanently disabled or sixty-five years of
  1 15 age or older ................................... $ 25.00 
  1 16    Sec. 3.  Section 483A.1, subsection 3, Code
  1 17 Supplement 1995, is amended to read as follows:
  1 18    3.  Hunting and fishing combined licenses:  
  1 19    a.  Legal residents except as otherwise
  1 20 provided ....................................... $ 23.00
  1 21    b.  Lifetime license for residents permanently
  1 22 disabled or sixty-five years of age or older ....$ 50.00".
  1 23    #2.  Title page, line 1, by inserting after the
  1 24 word "of" the following:  "lifetime hunting and
  1 25 fishing licenses and combined lifetime hunting and
  1 26 fishing licenses to certain residents and disabled
  1 27 persons, and".
  1 28    #3.  By renumbering as necessary.
