Amendment Text

PAG LIN
  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-5001, to House Resolution
  1  2 101 as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, line 9, by inserting after the word
  1  4 "permits" the following:  ", and to provide for the
  1  5 review and enforcement of manure management plan
  1  6 requirements".
  1  7    #2.  Page 1, by inserting after line 35 the
  1  8 following:
  1  9    "BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the proposed rules be
  1 10 amended to provide that a manure management plan which
  1 11 is required by the commission to be submitted to the
  1 12 department, but which is not filed as part of a
  1 13 construction permit application, be subject to review
  1 14 and enforcement by the department; and".
